What is SIP?

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is the standard protocol for transmitting voice data over the internet (VoIP).

This technology means your business can make local, interstate and overseas telephone calls to both landlines and mobiles over your broadband network.

NetSIP services can be used with your current broadband provider, or we can provide you with a dedicated private circuit to optimise voice call quality and reliability.

Our equipment and servers are located in Australia, ensuring our team of experts can respond quickly to all your service and technical needs.

Dedicated Private Circuits

NetSIP is one of the first VoIP companies to recommend and supply a dedicated private circuit for optimal voice quality. With a NetSIP dedicated private circuit, we can better control the voice quality from our voice switches to your IP PBX.

We do this by applying outbound Quality of Service (QoS) metrics across our network to ensure that your voice traffic has absolute priority. We only use high quality Cisco routers, which we pre-configure prior to installation.

Use Your Existing PBX

NetSIP can provide a gateway to interface with your existing PBX. This allows you to take advantage of call savings while minimising capital outlay and reducing installation time.
